Using your comments we have expanded TNG training in 2005 to include the following:

Onsite Training- One of our professional trainers will visit your credit union and train you and your staff using your equipment, data, and purchased options.

Hands-on training- Classes are conducted several times throughout the year and are done regionally based on participation levels. PC’s are provided so attendees can work through daily transactions and navigate the entire system in a live environment using test data. These classes are usually scheduled for 1 or
2 full days.

Lecture style training- Classes are usually conducted in conjunction with state credit union leagues, or similar organizations periodically throughout the year.  Our trainers use an overhead projector connected to our TNG system and navigate the system following a training agenda and addressing participants questions throughout the session. These classes are scheduled to last from 4 to 8 hours depending on the needs of the attendees.

Online training- New in 2005, we have added several online sessions that will concentrate on individual options/functions of the program. These classes are conducted via internet using our web conferencing capabilities. Our trainer will walk you through the course curriculum by sharing their PC screen with you. You see what they see. These sessions are scheduled to last 1-2 hours based on content. (Internet connectivity is essential and high speed access is recommended for best results)

Self-paced training- The TNG program has a complete set of online training guides/workbooks that takes you step-by-step through operating your system. This method of training gives you the flexibility to train when you want to. These guides work in conjunction with the training database provided to you when you install the TNG program. The training database can be used at any time and does not interfere with your live data. If you need to have more than one staff member train you can also reset the training data so that each trainee can start from the beginning. To download or view any of our TNG documentation or Training guides click on the link below and login with your database number and password.  We have organized them so finding what you need will be quick and easy.
